THE PROJECT

SKELLENS ESTATE AGENTS

Skellens are an independent estate agent in Wallasey, Wirral who strive to offer a competitive and positive customer experience to locals. New to the high street, they had to hit the ground running and get all their visual branding and marketing materials together quickly to start making first impressions in such a competitive sector.

Skellens Estate Agents Project

THE PROBLEM

Although Skellens had their offices set up and ready to go, they lacked a visual identity that stood them apart from other businesses on the high street. They approached Bold seeking a new logo that would be memorable and stick in the minds of Wallasey dwellers so they would be the first port of call for residents looking to change their home. They also lacked a few other marketing materials that are essential sales tools for estate agents in particular and needed Bold to quickly turn round the design work.

THE SOLUTION

The Bold design team delivered a brand that was sleek, professional and a little bit quirky to match the personality of the brand. We also got Skellens set up with their print materials including business cards, letterheads and stationery, presentation folders and brochures so they could confidently provide their service to existing and potential members of the Wallasey community.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

“I hired Bold for my branding, which included a logo, business card, leaflets and other stationery for my business. Sami consulted with me over the designs at each stage. She offered various options for logos during the ideas phase and really understood the look I was going for, which was something professional yet quirky. I was very impressed by how quickly she turned the work around. She was always on hand when I had questions or feedback. Her unique designer perspective meant she could create original concepts that I wouldn’t have been able to come up with myself, and yet was perfectly suited to my business. I would definitely enlist the help of Bold again for future design requests.”
